MARY ANN KELLY represents individuals and select small businesses. Her practice is focused primarily in the areas of Employment Law and Civil Litigation in state and federal courts.

Ms. Kelly knows that each client’s circumstances are unique, and that no one likes to be
embroiled in a legal dispute. In each case, she strives to find a creative, common-sense
solution tailored to meet her client's needs. Although sometimes filing a lawsuit is necessary, Ms. Kelly recognizes that this step should never be taken without carefully considering and weighing all the options.

In the area of Employment Law, Ms. Kelly has been an advocate of workers’ rights since 1991. She has successfully represented employees from all walks of life in a wide variety of claims, including Overtime Violations, Sexual Harassment, Retaliation, Breach of Contract, Wrongful Termination, and Discrimination. Ms. Kelly has also handled Commercial cases involving Negligence, Fraud, and other torts, and prosecuted unit owner claims under the Virginia Condominium Act.
